While scanning the August issue of Ray I noticed that Rika was in an Yukata Yasan ad so I went to the site to see if I could find some Rika photos and I did. ^^ Here they are.

I have been busy lately and my free time I have chose to do other things other then update. So that’s why such a long break. RC has been keeping up great with me being absent but I have July and August magazine scans coming up and I am also going to open up another youtube for Rika videos and have them for you guys to download. I know some of you been waiting to download them and I am sorry that I haven’t posted them yet but they are coming along with a new layout. I don’t know if you guys know but on June 23rd, this site turned two years old! So I have a great layout coming! ^^ View the gallery here.

Rika appears on the cover of the current latest July issue of the monthly Temmon Guide (“Temmon” meaning “Astronomy”):

She seems to like astronomy – in a recent blog entry, she posted pics of Saturn and blogged that she was overjoyed by being able to see the ringed planet with her naked eyes. ^___^

As I have already talked about it in the chat box here earlier, Rika has moved from the “Sun Music Brain” to “Sun Music Production” group of artists within her agency. This has also been officially announced by the Sun Music Group President himself on his blog, where he also reveals that the move has taken place with effect from May 1, and wishes her to become, in his words, a big pillar of Sun Music. He also posted a blog photo of himself and Rika at the agency:

In my April 1 update, I mentioned about Rika’s being appointed as the image girl for the credit card operations of the Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group. Now you can see her appearing on the hanging ads inside the trains of the Yamanote Line, a circular line running in the heart of Tokyo – doesn’t she look lovely on it? ^___^

Here is a short clip of Rika as a cashier getting yelled at by a customer in The Woman Who Is Not Bent. It’s the very last episode of this series. I am not sure what they are saying but I bet RC can tell us. lol [EDIT by RC: That customer was suspected of shoplifting but nonetheless yelled back at the cashier (Rika), saying that he had just forgotten to put the item from his pocket into the basket and complaining about the staff training of that supermarket - my poor Rika. T_T ] Goes to show that her agency doesn’t update her profile very well. Either way enjoy the video and screen shots. Thank you RC for the heads up and Mike for trying to help me. You are great helpers!! ^^

I was glad to see that she likes Redbull my favorite drink. lol This a photo of her and Yuri a fellow Ray model. This photo and the two below are from Yuri’s blog.

Sorry for the delay but here is the newest issue of Ray with Keiko Kitagawa on the cover. I wasn’t to happy that there wasn’t any close up shots of Rika like there have been. Even though, she still is in a lot of pages and that’s always a plus.

Among the five PGSM Senshi girls, Izumi Rika (Mizuno Ami / Sailor Mercury), the youngest among them, is the first one to be engaged! What a surprise – I have always thought the first one would be Kitagawa Keiko (Hino Rei / Sailor Mars)! She has not announced her wedding date yet, nor has she mentioned about her fiance – I am eager to know who the lucky guy is! Anyway, my big congrats to our Senshi of Water and Intellect! ^___^
